A low pressure system forming in the Pacific Ocean and heading west will likely affect the East Sea of Vietnam in a couple of days, Central Hydrometeorology Center Director Bui Minh Tang said Sunday. The low pressure is expected to cross the central region of the Philippines and enter the East Sea, the forecaster said. It could develop into a tropical low pressure system or even a typhoon. The official warned ships in the middle and the north of the East Sea to keep a close watch on weather forecasts in coming days. In a few day,the weather in Nha Trang City will lower temporary.
